Whether in structural, civil or landscape engineering, in building renovations, emergency cleanups or in the municipal sector – the Nehlsen suction excavator is a multi-talented and versatile tool. The suction excavator is used when materials are located in places that are difficult to access mechanically or logistically – for example, pits or shafts in the ground, sensitive areas with tree roots or pipes, or even high places such as roofs or towers. The suction excavator can quickly and safely suck up or down materials with a diameter of up to 25 cm and a weight of up to 70 kg: everything is possible, from mud to water to gravel, sand and stones. We also take care of the subsequent removal and disposal of the material.

Dry Ice Cleaning

With the help of dry ice (CO2 in solid form), we clean gently, odorlessly and non-toxic where water, sand or other blasting agents are not allowed. Dry ice cleaning is the perfect solution for cleaning dirty control cabinets, heat exchangers, press molds, and food industry equipment, and for dissolving PU foams, release agents, welding beads, paints, varnishes, adhesives, chewing gum, and much more.

Hot steam cleaning

A high-pressure hot steam trailer applies very hot steam (150 degrees Celsius) and an impact pressure of 200 bar to the surface. This ensures maximum cleanliness without the use of chemicals and with minimal use of manpower and water. Hot steam cleaning is suitable for removing graffiti, layers of paint, chewing gum, for gently cleaning facades, removing air pollution and for disinfection, among other things.

Cleaning with ultra-high pressure water

With a maximum water pressure of up to 3,000 bar, even stubborn dirt can be reliably cleaned from solid burrs.

Cleaning a silo or tanker is no easy task. A thorough tanker cleaning should be carried out professionally, as the remains of fresh lye, fats, oils, plastics, fresh mineral products or animal feed must be reliably removed. Nehlsen not only has many years of experience in cleaning industrial plants, but also in cleaning tankers. We take over the fully automatic and effective cleaning of your vehicles with high-pressure cleaning heads and, by agreement, also carry out special cleaning as well as hot air drying of the tank and silo containers.
