The business model focuses on buying and selling old consumer electronics such as smartphones, tablets or notebooks, as well as a variety of other electronic items, via its own online platform. In addition, customers can also sell their used electronics at a fair price at over 350 partner stores, thus making a small contribution to protecting valuable resources and the environment. Additional services are also available for commercial customers.

The goal of mySWOOOP is clear: everyone should have the opportunity to sell electronics that are no longer needed as easily, quickly and inexpensively as possible, while contributing to a more sustainable future. Likewise, every customer is given access to excellent, refurbished technology at an affordable price, thus extending the lifecycle of electronic devices. The advantage for the customer is that they receive an agreed fixed price for each device sold, which can be used directly to purchase a new or as-new device. This is good for the wallet and for the environment.
