For our professional drivers in local transport, we offer not only a job with many additional benefits, but also the special feature that they are on the road in a modern vehicle during the day and then at home in the evening. So there are regular working hours and, in the old Nehlsen manner, always punctual pay. Additional benefits include capital-forming benefits, a company pension plan, company fitness and a benevolent fund.
For Nehlsen, this is standard practice and has also been required by law since 2009: further training for professional drivers. Accordingly, all drivers must provide proof of 35 hours of further training every five years and have this entered on their driver's license. Your responsibilities
- Collection and transportation of various types of waste
- Processing of assigned routes and customer orders
- Taking delivery of, checking and handing over waste, including the relevant paperwork and weighing
- Maintenance and servicing of vehicles, including troubleshooting
